Booking Policy

You must bring a valid photo ID (preferably a passport or driving licence) on the day of your test for identity verification. This is required for tests intended for official purposes (e.g. immigration, employment, or legal/court use).

You must ensure that the details supplied during your booking are accurate. The following information is required:

Passport or driving licence number (for tests required for official purposes, e.g. work, immigration, or courts)

By booking with us, you consent to our trained clinicians collecting the necessary samples for your test(s), which may include blood, urine, swabs, or other specimen types, as required.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for pre-checks and registration.
