More Than 24 Hours Before Appointment Cancellation
Booking cancellation made more than 24 hours before appointment are refundable in full with no administration fee.
Within 24 Hours Before Appointment Cancellation
Cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the appointment may incur an administrative fee.
Refunding
Refunds may take up 7 business working days for the money to reach your account. Please not that we can only refund to the card used to make the booking.
