Vitamin Screen III
Uncover the vitamin gaps behind your fatigue and fog.
This screen measures the key fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins your body relies on for energy production, immune defence, bone strength, nerve function and healthy skin. It is suited to anyone experiencing persistent tiredness, low mood, muscle weakness, recurrent infections, tingling in the hands and feet, or hair and skin changes, as well as those following restricted diets, living with malabsorption conditions, or simply wanting a clear baseline of their nutritional status. A simple blood sample is analysed in our UK laboratory using validated immunoassay and chromatographic techniques to give an accurate picture of your circulating vitamin levels.
Fat-Soluble Vitamins
- Vitamin A (retinol): supports vision, skin integrity and immune function; low levels may reflect poor dietary intake or fat malabsorption.
- Vitamin D 25-OH: the best marker of overall vitamin D status, essential for calcium absorption, bone health and immune regulation.
- Vitamin E (tocopherol): a key antioxidant protecting cell membranes; deficiency can affect nerve and muscle function.
Water-Soluble B Vitamins
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine): involved in neurotransmitter production, red blood cell formation and energy metabolism.
- Vitamin B9 (folate): vital for DNA synthesis, red blood cell production and healthy fetal development.
- Vitamin B12: essential for nerve function, red blood cell formation and cognitive health; deficiency is common and often missed.
Why it matters
Vitamin deficiencies frequently develop silently and can mimic other conditions, leaving symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, low mood and muscle weakness unexplained. Identifying a shortfall early allows targeted dietary changes or supplementation to correct the underlying cause, restore energy and protect long-term neurological, skeletal and cardiovascular health. This screen gives you and your clinician the clarity needed to act with confidence rather than guesswork.
